Summary

There are many bottles of alcohol disinfectant in various places, but they require much force to push, and many people find it difficult to use because they cannot be reached unless placed well.

By attaching this aid and pushing down the lever as shown in the picture, the disinfecting solution can be dispensed more lightly.

To install the aid, loosen the bottle cap screw, insert this in between the screws, and tighten the bottle cap screw again.

Tips for adaptation

Tips for design

  • This consists of three parts. The diameter of the screw part of the push bottle is 30 to 32mm.

It can be changed to match the push bottle size.

Tips for printing

  • To avoid blocking the holes to assemble the three parts, support only the modeling table when creating Gcode data with the slicer software.

For example, in the case of Cure, change the setting of Support > Support Placement to Touching Buildplate.
