Summary
A straw clip helps manage difficult situations by holding the straw securely to the cup. This is useful when a slim straw is used with a thin glass or a paper cup. The size of this can be customized to fit the size of the straw or the glass/cup.
Tips for adaptation
-
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) progression limits the range of neck joint motion, body movement, and the reach. In that case, fix a straw near the mouth to avoid unnecessary movement. Installing two or more holes allows the angle adjustment of the straw. Use two holes to stabilize the straw on the edge of the glass/cup. It is also good to put a handle on this straw holder.
For people with Guillain-Barré syndrome, choose non-slippery material to make the hole stay and make it easier for the user to insert a straw.
